A 4-Week Private Coaching Experience
During each session you’ll be sharing your real life experiences with me like interactions, relationships, habits, reactions, anything that’s going on. Together we’ll mine your life for the golden data that helps us get past all the programming to the very core of who you are. Over the course of the 4 weeks I’ll be sharing clearing and coping techniques and tools for managing emotions and situations.
Week 1
We’ll delve into your Auto-Pilot Filters (APFs) to deepen your understanding of how they’re impacting you In-The-Moment (micro) and creating the unwanted conditions your experiencing (macro). Identify your Core Fears and see how the Auto-Pilot Filters are amplifying and triggering them.We’ll also explore your triggers and what I call your Reaction Styles (how you react/respond to unwanted events).
Week 2
We’ll identify where your Auto-Pilot Filters are hijacking you. We’ll identify your unique Red Flags, indicators you’ve been hijacked by your APFs (how you feel, what you say, how others respond to you). This will help you redirect your emotions and regain your authority. We’ll develop strategies for getting ahead of your triggers.
Week 3
We’ll use your experiences over the week to explore at a deeper why what’s showing up is showing up. Our life is a mirror reflection of what’s going on inside of us. The wounds we’ve experienced in our earliest years and ones we came into this life carrying with us show up in the form of the people, situations and conditions in our current life experience. When we’re able to heal what’s been hurting us we stop experiencing it in its mirror form.We’ll identify patterns of behavior, language, and relationships and redirect your perspective and reactions to them which will begin shifting the people and conditions in life around you.
Week 4
We’ll do a review of your progress, identify where you’d appreciate support and begin exploring your new story.
